My 1:1 Intuitive Somatic Mentoring Journeys are an experiential journey. 

The intention is to create and hold space for you, as you give yourself permission to release your; fears, stressful emotions, trauma, unhealthy habits/ patterns and limiting beliefs.

This is done with an intuitive blend of EFT Tapping, breathwork, chakra/ archetypal energy, embodiment and somatic work allowing the rewiring of your nervous system to create safety within.

An Intuitive Somatic Mentoring Session is for you resonate with one or more of the following:

• I don't trust my own decisions
• I feel ashamed of my body/ relationship/ career/ personality
• I am consistently worried about what other people think of me
• I suffer from imposter syndrome
• I tend to end up in relationships that drain me or disrespect me
